*Before your session: please check your insurance coverage carefully by asking the following questions*:
What is my mental health deductible and has it been met? If not, how much is left to pay? (Following the session, I will submit to your insurance company. If you still have a deductible that hasn't been met, your insurance company will not cover the session, and I will then bill you your insurance's rate for the session)
What is my copay or co-insurance per session for CPT code 90837?
How many sessions per year does my health insurance cover?
What if you don't accept my insurance?
If I am not credentialed with your insurance, you may still be able to receive reimbursement from your insurance company.
Following the session, I can provide you with a "superbill" that you can submit to your insurance company for reimbursement
